Product return policy

 

 

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5571-1981 and the regulations established pursuant to it, Geexit will allow the exchange of products and their return while receiving a refund under the conditions detailed below.

 

Subject to all laws, Geexit will allow the exchange of products (without refund) under the following conditions only:

 

• Any product purchased in the chain stores can be exchanged, with the exception of registration kits, newspapers, magazines, textbooks, travel guides, maps comics, manga, provided that proof of purchase (exchange note or receipt) is presented.

• The exchange will be possible within one month from the day of purchase, by returning products in new condition, unused, in their original, unopened packaging.

• In exchange for the exchanged products, a replacement product and/or credit voucher will be given according to the amount written on the receipt/exchange note. For the avoidance of doubt, except for the cases listed below, no refunds will be given.

• For products that have been exchanged or paid for (all or part of the price) using an exchange note or credit voucher, no return or additional exchange will be given. The exchange is one-time.

• In the case of special sales and promotions, the product exchange policy will be in accordance with the regulations of the special sale or promotion found at the checkouts.

 

Without deviating from the above and subject to all laws, Geexit will allow receiving a refund for products under the following conditions only:

 

• Refunds cannot be made for the following products: games sold without packaging, registration kits, newspapers, magazines, travel guides, maps, comics, manga and any product that is damaged or used.

• Without detracting from the generality of the above and in accordance with the law, it will not be possible to return a product that can be recorded, reproduced or duplicated.

• The product was returned to one of the chain's stores within 14 days of receiving the product, without a defect, without being used, in its original unopened packaging, and proof of purchase was presented (exchange note, receipt or other proof of the actual execution of the transaction, the date, the amount paid for it and the means of payment).

 

How to get the refund:

 

In accordance with consumer protection regulations, the refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made, and at the latest within 7 business days from the date of cancellation of the transaction.

 

Exchanging or returning products will be possible only in accordance with what is stated in this advertisement, except and subject to the cases established for this by law.
